Collecting you from your accommodation, we travel through the wetlands of the Garden Route to Cloud Nine, a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the Swartvlei Lagoon and Gericke's Point, with the option for the more adventurous to experience tandem paragliding.

​

Along the way, your guide will relay the local geology, flora and fauna, wildlife, and the people and cultures that make this region so special.

​

Continuing on to the Knysna Heads viewpoint, we soak up the panoramic views of the estuary and Indian Ocean. Arriving at the Knysna Waterfront, we enjoy a leisurely stroll through the variety of shops in search of that special keepsake. Here we stop for lunch overlooking the harbour, with the opportunity to sample the area's delightful seafood cuisine.

A short hop brings us to Plettenberg Bay and a choice of one of the following activities:

• Plettenberg Elephant Sanctuary – Experience close encounters with these gentle giants and feed them by hand during a guided one-hour tour. 

​

• Swim with Seals – Embark on an exciting one-hour ocean adventure by rubber duck, where you can snorkel alongside playful Cape fur seals in their natural environment. 

​

• Knysna Lagoon Cruise – Relax and unwind on a scenic boat cruise across the tranquil waters of the Knysna Lagoon, taking in the beauty of the surrounding coastline and estuary. 

Homeward bound, this concludes a day showcasing some of the finest attractions and experiences the Garden Route has to offer.
